WHAT:
Welcome to Agrium’s Core Values Feedback Tool that can be used at any time of the year. This tool allows you to electronically request confidential feedback, from up to 12 people and your leader.

The feedback is summarized in an easy-to-read report that is sent to both you and your leader to support your development. There is a limit of one survey per employee per year on the web-based tool, so please discuss with your leader before initiating use. There is a paper-version of this feedback tool on your intranet that can be used any number of times – but this will not offer you a consolidated report.

Leaders will benefit from this tool as well and may also consider the more comprehensive Leadership 360 Tool available through your HR Business Representative. Details are also available on your intranet.
